Text Box: Heart and Soul is a non-profit organization dedicated to feeding those in need and improving their quality of life. In addition to providing hot lunches 5 days a week, they prepare bags of emergency food, supply snacks for after school programs, provide job preparation in training kitchens, give nutrition and meal planning assistance to low income individuals, and distribute Christmas baskets to hundreds of families. This is a much needed service in our community.
